  1. The first author must be the presenting author. Each attendee may only be first, presenting author on one abstract; however, each attendee may be co-author on other abstracts.

  2. Limit the abstract to 250 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations). Note that any abstract that exceed this limit will be returned to authors.

  3. Please include preference for poster or talk or no preference.

  4. Complete the information below and upload your abstract file (in a .doc or .docx format) that is based on the following template.
