Regular members

$1400 single occupancy or with accompanying person not registered for the meeting
$975 each for double occupancy with both registered for the meeting
$550 for local attendees not in need of a hotel room

Associate members

$1250 single occupancy or with accompanying person not registered for the meeting
$825 each for double occupancy with both registered for the meeting
$400 for local attendees not in need of a hotel room

Non-members

$1550 single occupancy or with accompanying person not registered for the meeting
$1100 each for double occupancy with both registered for the meeting
$700 for local attendees not in need of a hotel room

After January 31 a late-registration surcharge will apply ($100 for Regular and Associate members, $150 for non-members)

Local attendees must present proof of local home address

Accompanying persons $150 includes Welcome Reception and Banquet Dinner

To qualify for one of the reduced registration rates afforded to AOPT members, PAID 2019/2020 membership in that category is required

Registration fee: INCLUDES 3 nights at the Hotel Monteleone, admission to the conference with access to the oral and poster presentations, Welcome Reception, Banquet Dinner, lunches, coffee breaks
